I have been attending the ladies bootcamp for a couple weeks now and enjoy the workout as well as the environment. My daughter attended the kids class and one of the legacy boxing nights and loved it. She keeps looking forward to the next class. I have never tried boxing before but have come to enjoy it more and more!
